Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Wix Forms handles estimate requests and optional photos, how approved minimum information may pass through a private gateway to Jobber with manual fallback, how Google Maps and profile links work, and how optional consent-gated measurement choices operate.

1. Information we collect

Information a person provides

Depending on how a person uses the website or works with us, we may collect:

  • name, phone number, and email address;
  • selected service, property type, service address or ZIP code, preferred contact method, and project details;
  • photographs or files the person chooses to upload;
  • privacy acknowledgements, service-contact choices, optional marketing choices, and records showing the version, date, time, and source of those choices;
  • later correspondence, estimates, scopes, schedules, work records, invoices, service concerns, and related customer-service information; and
  • other information the person voluntarily provides.

Do not use the website form to send Social Security numbers, driver’s-license or passport information, financial-account credentials, payment-card details, medical information, alarm or access codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Information collected through the website

Clean Master and approved service providers may collect limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website, including:

  • the date and time of a request;
  • browser, device, operating-system, and network information;
  • Internet Protocol address and security or abuse-prevention signals;
  • pages or forms used, referring page or origin, and permitted campaign parameters;
  • consent-state and preference records; and
  • an opaque request or idempotency identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions and investigate delivery failures.

The website does not use a visitor’s precise device location to provide its service-area map or Google profile link.

2. How we use information

Clean Master may use information to:

  • receive, validate, review, and respond to an estimate or service request;
  • contact a person about property review, scope, estimate, scheduling, service, invoicing, follow-up, or concern resolution;
  • prepare and administer estimates, work orders, services, invoices, and customer records;
  • process and store photographs or files for the purpose for which they were submitted;
  • maintain consent, preference, security, quality, and audit records;
  • prevent duplicate submissions, spam, fraud, misuse, and technical failures;
  • operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and customer experience;
  • comply with law, enforce approved agreements, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes; and
  • send optional marketing only if a separately approved communications program and permission basis are active.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, acceptance, scheduling, final scope, or final price. Service-contact permission is limited to the request and related customer relationship; it is not optional marketing consent.

3. How we disclose information

Clean Master may disclose information:

  • to Wix for approved website hosting, form intake, optional file storage, security, and related technical operations;
  • to approved email or communications providers used for internal notification or permitted customer contact;
  • to Jobber through the approved private gateway when an accepted production Wix request is eligible for automatic processing, limited to the contact, exact service property, selected service, project description, preferred-contact choice, permitted campaign fields, consent version and state, and Wix record reference needed to administer the request;
  • to Jobber when an authorized Clean Master operator manually enters the minimum information needed to administer a request if automatic processing is unavailable, disabled, fails closed, or requires reconciliation;
  • to payment processors used outside the website quote form for an approved transaction;
  • to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or contractors that need the information for an approved business purpose and are subject to appropriate obligations;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect a person, the public, Clean Master’s rights or property, or system security;
  • in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law; or
  • with the person’s direction or consent.

An accepted Wix form record remains the durable intake source. Automatic processing begins only after Wix durably accepts the production submission and only while the exact-site private route and its safeguards are enabled. The private gateway does not receive project photos or private upload URLs. Wix notifications, authorized manual entry, and reconciliation remain the fallback if the automatic path does not complete.

Clean Master does not sell personal information for money. The production website may activate the consent-gated Google analytics and advertising-measurement destinations described below only after the visitor grants the relevant optional category. Google forwarding-number insertion may then replace call-only phone links for an eligible Google Ads visitor so completed calls can be measured; direct and non-ad visitors continue to receive the real business number. Cross-site behavioral advertising, unverified direct advertising-conversion labels, social-media pixels, and the Google Places review display are not active at launch.

4. Google Maps and profile links

The website may show a below-fold, browser-lazy Google service-area map and may link to Clean Master’s verified Google Business Profile. These features may send Google technical information, such as an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, referrer information, and the request needed to provide the feature. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The current website does not request or display Google rating, review total, reviewer identity, or review text through the Places API. If an on-site Google review feature is enabled later, this notice will be reviewed and updated as needed.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies, storage, analytics, and advertising

The website and its hosting provider may use cookies, local storage, or similar technology reasonably necessary for hosting, security, form operation, and fraud prevention. The website’s preference interface stores the current consent version and the visitor’s analytics and advertising choices. After an accepted quote request is measured, the site may also retain an opaque accepted-event key in local storage until site data is cleared so a retry or refresh does not measure the same accepted request again. That key does not contain the form answers or the raw Wix submission ID.

Before a visitor chooses, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization default to denied, and the optional external Google tag loader remains unloaded. This is the approved Basic Consent behavior; Advanced Consent Mode is not active. Rejecting the optional categories does not load the optional Google tag. If analytics is accepted, the site may send one page view and non-PII events for an accepted quote request, a phone link, a text link, or the Google profile link to Google Analytics destination G-BMKFWT62N1. If advertising measurement is accepted, the same single loader may configure Google Ads destination AW-473334297 and the verified website-call conversion label. Google may then replace call-only visible numbers and tel: destinations with a forwarding number for an eligible ad-attributed visitor; text-message links remain on the real business number. The site does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, messages, photos, or other customer identifiers through these events. Quote submissions remain measured through the existing GA4 generate_lead key-event import rather than a second direct Google Ads lead event. Enhanced conversions, customer-data uploads, personalized advertising signals, and Advanced Consent Mode remain disabled.

Google Maps may use Google’s network, storage, or cookie behavior when the map loads. Website-call number insertion is limited to advertising-consented eligible Google Ads sessions and restores the real number when advertising consent is withdrawn. Social-media tags, the Google Places review display, and optional marketing enrollment remain disabled at launch.

A visitor may accept, reject, or separately choose the optional categories and reopen the preference interface later. A visitor who declines an optional category can still use the site’s content, navigation, phone, text and email links, and approved quote-request path.

6. Photo and file handling

Photos uploaded with an estimate request are optional. They are used to review and administer that request and remain in restricted Wix intake storage by default. An authorized operator may note in Jobber that photos remain in Wix. A photo is transferred to another approved system only when operationally needed under the approved access, retention, and deletion procedure.

Submitting a project photo is not permission for public marketing, a testimonial, model training, or another unrelated use. Clean Master will not publicly use a person’s name, private address, identifiable person, or identifiable property image without a separately documented, approved permission basis.

7. Communications and choices

Clean Master may call, email, or text a person about a request or customer relationship when permitted. Optional marketing is separate, must not be preselected, and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or service.

No optional marketing program is active through the website. If such a program is activated later, a person may revoke permission by using the instructions in a message or by contacting Clean Master. Text recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where those functions are supported by the approved provider.

Revoking optional marketing permission does not prevent service-related communication reasonably needed for a current request or customer relationship unless the person also asks to stop those communications and another lawful contact method is available.

8. Retention

Clean Master retains information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described in this notice, including estimate and service administration, customer support, consent and opt-out records, accounting, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement of approved agreements. Different records may have different retention periods.

When information is no longer needed, Clean Master takes reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal, accounting, backup, fraud-prevention, and dispute-hold requirements.

9. Security

Clean Master uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the approved systems that process it. Access is limited to people and providers that need the information for an approved purpose. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a person believes sensitive information was sent by mistake or information may be at risk, contact Clean Master promptly at office@cleanmasterfl.com or (772) 999-8282.

10. Privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to withdraw a consent choice. Requests may be sent to office@cleanmasterfl.com.

Clean Master may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority. Information may be retained or withheld where applicable law permits or requires, including for accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or another person’s rights. Clean Master will not discriminate against a person for making a privacy request protected by applicable law.

11. Children

The website is intended for people seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Clean Master does not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information through the quote form. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact Clean Master for review.

12. Changes to this notice

Clean Master may update this notice to reflect changes in services, providers, technology, or legal obligations. The approved notice displays its effective date. A material change will be handled as required by applicable law.
